Assessor's Office
The Assessor's Office is responsible for assessing all properties in Lincoln County and assists in the administration of Oregon's property tax system.

Clerk's Office
The Clerk's office plans, coordinates and conducts all elections in Lincoln County, Oregon. The Clerk's office is also responsible for processing all real property transactions, plats, Commissioners' Journal documents, as well as the issuance of marriage licenses, junk yard licenses, OLCC licenses and passport applications. The Clerk's office accepts PVAP or (Property Value Appeals Board) petitions and sets up and manages these hearings. The Clerk's office oversees the Archive/Records center.
