Voters' Pamphlet Forms & Instructions
Please note: To file for the county voters' pamphlet, both a hard copy and an electronic document are required. The forms and instructions are located to the right of this section (in red).
File the hard copy in Room 201 in the Courthouse, and email the County Clerk the documents in Word DOCX.
To complete the fillable forms, click on the applicable fillable form (to the right of this section, in red), then click on download (at the top of that page), then open the download, then hit enable editing (at the top of that page). You should then be able to click into each box and type in your information.
- Does Lincoln County produce a county voters' pamphlet?

Yes, Lincoln County produces a County Voters' Pamphlet for each election. For Primary and General elections, the County Voters' Pamphlets will be bound into the center of the State Voters' Pamphlets. For all other elections, the County Voters' Pamphlet will be included in your ballot packet.
- How do I get information about the candidates and issues?

You will receive a voter's pamphlet from the Secretary of State for all statewide elections, which will contain information about state candidates and statewide measures. The Secretary of State is responsible for mailing voters' pamphlets.
- What do I do if I don't receive one?

The post office delivers one voter pamphlet to each household at an address. The voter pamphlet is not delivered based on registered voters. If you do not receive one, check with your post office or pick one up at the nearest elections office.
