Drive-Up Ballot Boxes
Now Available
Drive-up ballot drop boxes are now available during election periods at the Lincoln County Courthouse in Newport, the Newport City Hall in Newport, the Lincoln City City Hall in Lincoln City, the Toledo Police Station in Toledo, the new Waldport City Hall (old Umpqua Bank building) in Waldport, the Depoe Bay City Hall in Depoe Bay, the Siletz City Hall in Siletz, and the new Yachats City Hall (old bank building) in Yachats.
Please note: Drive-up drop boxes are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until 8 pm on election day.
Location: Lincoln County Courthouse
Located in the rear parking lot at the east end of the second row of parking.
Directions
- Go west on West Olive Street to a 4-way stop by the jail.
- Turn left onto SW Nye Street.
- Turn left into the second entrance to the courthouse's rear parking lot.
- Go all the way to the end of the row and you will see the ballot box on the left side. (It is marked, "Official Ballot Drop Site.")
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
Location: Newport City Hall
Located at the City Hall between the bus stop and the former Chevron Station.
Directions
- Use the Official Ballot Drop Site box.
- From Highway 101, turn between the bus stop and the former Chevron Station in front of Newport City Hall.
- You will see the ballot box (It is marked "Official Ballot Drop Site".)
- Park in front and put your ballot in the box!
Location: Lincoln City City Hall
Located in the lower parking lot under the City Hall.
Directions
- Turn west at the stop light by the City Hall (across from Burger King).
- Enter the one-way entrance to the parking lot under the building.
- The ballot box is near the elevators next to the water payment box and the book and video drops. (It is marked, "Official Ballot Drop Site.")
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
Location: Toledo Police Station
Located in the Police Station parking lot at the A Street exit.
Directions
- Turn north at the stop light onto A Street.
- Turn left onto NW 6th Street and enter the Police Station parking lot.
- Stay to the left and go to the one-way exit that exits back onto A Street.
- You will see the ballot box on the left by the exit. (It is marked, "Official Ballot Drop Site.")
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
Location: Waldport City Hall (New Location)
Located in the Mark C. Campbell City Hall in the drive-through lane.
Directions
- From Highway 34, turn north onto NW Spring Street
- Take an immediate right onto Alder Street
- Turn into the Mark C. Campbell City Hall entrance (the new City Hall is across Highway 34 from old City Hall-old Umpqua Bank)
- Take an immediate right into the one-way drive-through
- Enter the center lane of the drive-through
- You will see the ballot box on your left, it's marked "Official Ballot Drop Site".
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
Location: Depoe Bay City Hall
Located in the City Hall parking lot at the south exit.
Directions
- From Highway 101, turn onto Schoolhouse Road, then turn left onto Shell Avenue.
- Take an immediate right into the City Hall parking lot.
- Continue through the parking lot to the Schoolhouse Road exit.
- You will see the ballot box on the left by the exit (It is marked "Official Ballot Drop Site".)
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
Location: Siletz City Hall
Located in the City Hall parking lot at the east exit.
Directions
- Turn west onto W Buford Avenue.
- Enter the City Hall parking lot from W Buford Avenue.
- Continue through the parking lot to the Bensell Street exit.
- You will see the ballot box on the left by the exit (It is marked "Official Ballot Drop Site".)
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
Location: Yachats City Hall
New City Hall - old bank building - located in the City Hall drive-through.
Directions
- From Highway 101, turn west onto W 5th Street.
- Take an immediate right into the City Hall (old bank building) parking lot.
- Continue around the building to the outside drive-through lane.
- You will see the ballot box on the left (It is marked "Official Ballot Drop Site".)
- Put your ballot in the box without having to get out of your car!
