Licenses for OLCC/Junk and Secondhand Dealer/Wrecking Yard

The Clerk’s Office processes Junk and Second-hand Dealer Licenses $15; OLCC Licenses $25 and Wrecking Yard Licenses $15.  This process starts with the Board of Commissioners.   You must submit your application to the Board of Commissioners AT LEAST 30 days prior to your deadline.  Once approved by the Board of Commissioners the application will be brought up to the County Clerk’s Office for processing and payment.

FEES ARE INCREASING ON JULY 1, 2026.
