Moonshine Park

Moonshine Park is a beautiful, secluded, seventy-eight acre park on the banks of the Upper Siletz River located in rural Logdsen. Fishing and swimming holes are popular along this stretch of the Siletz.

 Moonshine Park has 36 camping sites which accommodates tents or small RVs and two group camping sites.    This park has potable water, 3 restrooms and shower facilities.

Campground
  • All campsites are first come first serve.  No reservations.
  • Campsites are limited to 10 people, 4 tents and 1 RV plus 2 additional vehicles.
  • Checkout Time is 1:00 p.m.
  • 10 day stay limit.
  • Day Use of campsites is not allowed.
  • The campground, parking and day use area of Loop A, including restrooms and showers, are open all year.
Schedule and Fees
  • $5 day use
  • $35 Annual Day Use Pass
  • $25 per campsite
  • $7 per extra vehicle (limit of extra vehicles)
  • $.50 shower for 3 minutes (quarters required)
  • $5 per firewood bundle

Moonshine Group Site Reservation

Site rental: $125 per night. Group A and B sites can be rented simultaneously.

Reservations on a first come first serve basis and started April 3, 2023.  Group areas can be reserved from April 1st to October 31st. JUNE/JULY/AUGUST 2023 are fully booked. Call 541-444-1326 for availability in September/October.

Group Area check-in is 2:00 pm on the date of your reservation, check out time is 1:00 pm.

Group sites are limited to 75 people and a total of 8 RV's

Directions:

3870 Moonshine Park Road, Logsden, OR 97357

Take Highway 229 to Siletz. Turn east onto Logsden Road, drive ~7.5 miles until you reach the Logsden store. Cross the bridge and turn left onto Moonshine Park Road. Follow for ~4 miles, turn left into the park gateway.
