Extension Service District Advisory Council

Overview

OSU Extension Service provides reliable, unbiased, research-based education and advice to help Lincoln County residents and coastal visitors make informed decisions. Extension faculty, staff, and trained volunteers work alongside local partners to provide educational workshops, activities, and services tailored to the unique industries, natural resources, and people in our communities.

The Lincoln County Extension Service Advisory Council provides guidance and assistance to the county Extension staff in planning balanced Extension educational programs, as well as review and support an adequate budget to carry out total Extension programs.

The advisory council is made up of a group of residents who are knowledgeable about Lincoln County, interested in the total Extension Program and willing to assist in planning and evaluating the programs delivered by Extension staff.
