Submitting Applications

When applying for permits, you will need to go online to Oregon E Permitting. Once your permit is applied for, you will need to fill out all appropriate documents to upload and submit. Once the application has been applied for, a member of the Planning Division will contact you. Please know if the location of the proposed development is within the jurisdiction or a City or the unincorporated part of the County. If it is inside a City, you will need to submit to the appropriate City first to receive your land use approval.

Please be advised that effective June 2, 2025, our building permit process will undergo important changes. Going forward, all building permit applications will begin with the planning phase for the "Zoning Clearance" review.
