What is the Lincoln Community Health Center?
Lincoln Community Health Center (LCHC) is a community-based, patient-directed organization providing a full array of quality health care services to Lincoln County community members of all ages. LCHC also operates four School-Based Health Centers for school-aged children.
The Oregon Health Authority recognizes Newport and Lincoln City clinics as a Tier 4 Patient-Centered Primary Care Home Sites (PDF) for our commitment to quality, coordinated care.
Lincoln Community Health Center is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) Deemed Facility.

Introducing MyChartCentral and Lucy
With MyChartCentral you can access all of your MyChart accounts, including those from your Lincoln County area healthcare organizations and other organizations nationwide, from one place using a single username and password.
MyChartCentral also provides you access to Lucy. Lucy is a personal health record that gives you a permanent home to organize all your medical information. You can request an updated copy of your medical record at any time and store it in Lucy. You can also add personal information about your health and choose to share it among all organizations where you receive care.
