Notice of Public Hearing for Monday, January 29, 2024, at 7:00 p.m.

The Lincoln County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, January 29, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., to consider amendments to the administrative and procedural provisions of Chapter 1 of the Lincoln County Code. The hearing will be held in the Lincoln County Courthouse, Board of Commissioner’s Conference Room, East Entrance, 225 W. Olive Street, Newport, Oregon, 97365. A copy of the proposed amendments can be downloaded and viewed below in the "Related Documents" section of this page, or may be physically reviewed at the Lincoln County Department of Planning and Development, 210 SW 2nd Street, Newport, Oregon, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Fridays. The office will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2024, in observance of Martin Luther King Day. Testimony on this matter can be submitted in written or oral form. Oral testimony will be taken during the public hearing. The Chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony.
