| This cooperative program continues, but at a new site and with expanded hours. The long standing Solid Waste District partnerships with Georgia-Pacific and the Oregon Department of Forestry has expanded to include Dahl Disposal Service and Oregon Grinding Solutions. Residential wood and yard waste may now be brought to the Dahl Disposal Service transfer station (5441 Hwy 20, 1/4 mile W of Dairy Queen, 541-336-2932) during all
regular business hours. Materials will continue to be ground and used as hog fuel for
G-P operations. |
