COMMUNITY NOTIFICATION

As a requirement of ORS 181.585, the person described has been identified as a sex offender requiring community notification.

	SIGLER, DAVID ALLAN RACE: WHITE SEX: MALE DOB: 07/19/69 HGT: 5'6" WGT: 180 LBS. EYE: BROWN HAIR: GREY RESIDENCE: 10563 Highway 101 Seal Rock, Oregon 97376 CRIMINAL HISTORY: Rape in the 1st degree, Failure to Register as a Sex Offender, Assault in the 4th degree, Recklessly Endangering. TARGET VICTIMS: Minor Females
TYPE OF SUPERVISION: Supervised as a High Risk Offender CONDITIONS OF SUPERVISION: No contact with minors, no contact with victim, sex offender treatment, report as a sex offender, no alcohol, curfew, cannot be where minors congregate (beaches, parks, playgrounds, fast food restaurants, etc.) polygraphs, maintain driving log.
