Lincoln County Meth Initiative (LCMI)PREVENTION - ENFORCEMENT - TREATMENT Click on any of these links for more information about the LCMI: The Lincoln County Drug Court, begun in 2006, is a problem solving court that uses an evidence-based approach to successfully break the cycle of addiction and thereby reduce crime and save lives and families. Click here* for a the Lincoln County Drug Court Annual Report (Year Two). The Lincoln County HOPE Court (which stands for Help and Opportunity through Probation with Enforcement) operates in a similar manner to Drug Court, except the focus is on property offenders whose crimes are driven by addiction, with a core goal of paying victim restitution.
