Advocacy Music from Bill Kucha:

  • Lincoln County School District is expanding its homeless program to serve the high number of homeless students in our area. HELP (Homeless Education and Literacy Project) is a program designed to assist homeless youth to overcome barriers so they can succeed in school.

The Lincoln County Commission on Children and Families supports and advocates for the care, protection, and positive development of all children and their families in Lincoln county.
