Babies First Home Visits

Babies First targets children from birth to age three. Babies First is a developmental screening program for children at risk of developmental delay due to a variety of risk factors.


CaCoon (CAre COordinatiON) is a program for families that have children with special health needs.

Parents as Teachers

Parents as Teachers promotes the optimal early development, learning and health of children by supporting and engaging their parents and caregivers.

Maternity Case Management

Visits for all pregnant and postpartum women. Visits start anytime in your pregnancy and go to 2 months after the birth of  your child. Focus is on teaching about pregnancy, labor and delivery, infant feeding and growth and development.

Nurse Family partnership

Visits for first time pregnant women. These visits start before your 7 month of pregnancy and continue to  your child turns 2. We focus on what you want to learn about your body as it changes with pregnancy, getting you ready for birth and help you adjust to parenthood.

Women, Infants, & Children (WIC)

A nutrition education and food supplement program for pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and infants and children under 5 years of age.
