Mission Statement

To assist victims of crime by providing them with empathy and respect, current and timely information, and ongoing support and assistance.

Who We Serve

We serve all victims of crime that occurred in Lincoln County, Oregon.

What We Do

Information

• Provide information about your rights as a victim
• Provide specific and current information regarding your case
• Assist with Crime Victims Compensation applications, which can be downloaded from www.doj.state.or.us/CrimeV/comp.htm

Assistance

• Assist in getting your property returned
• Assist with determining restitution amounts

Advocates

• Accompany you in the courtroom
• Provide emotional support
• Provide current information about your case
• Provide referrals to social service agencies, professional counselors or other community resources
